AI-based solution for generating cybersecurity tests

With iSecTest, you can create targeted, automated security test cases for your web application in just a few minutes. AI-supported, iterative, and tailored to the functionality and risks of your application. The process consists of 4 simple steps:

  1. Upload requirements description or feature list: iSecTest records which functions your web application provides.
  2. Consolidate requirements in the dialog: The iSecTest AI analyzes requirements and features in terms of content and generates a consolidated and formalized version of the requirements in an interactive dialog.
  3. Select OWASP criteria: The iSecTest AI draws on the comprehensive cybersecurity knowledge of the OWASP WSTG and suggests appropriate chapters for the requirement to be tested.
  4. Generate automated test cases: Test topics are suggested for the selected requirement and the selected WSTG chapter, from which the iSecTest AI generates and suggests a test specification and automated test cases.

Several specialized AI components work together in iSecTest. Each one independently provides intelligent suggestions or test designs. The requirement texts or feature descriptions uploaded as a starting point are converted into a formal notation by iSecTest. The user can view, review, and, if necessary, adjust this formalized version of the requirements as an interim result. Based on the formalized requirements, the iSecTest AI then generates test specifications and the test code. These results can also be iteratively optimized in dialogue with iSecTest. As a user, you always have complete freedom to decide whether you want to use a suggestion directly or initiate further optimizations.

iSecTest is available as a project solution. The generated test code is provided in the form of Robot Framework test scripts. We are happy to implement generators for other test frameworks as part of your individual project order.
