Our newly designed training material for the “ISTQB® Certified Tester Advanced Level - Test Management V3.0” has been successfully accredited by the German Testing Board (GTB). This means that we can now offer cutting-edge training at the cutting edge of test management training!
Participants can look forward to high-quality, practical training that picks up on the latest developments in professional test management - well-founded, modern and suitable for a wide variety of project contexts.
The new version of the training brings fresh impetus and expanded content: Agile teams and methods, risk-based testing and test process improvement complement the proven thematic foundation.
In the training course, we teach you, among other things, how to:
- Select test processes in a targeted manner and adapt them to your context,
- efficiently plan and control test activities throughout the entire development cycle,
- systematically analyze and prioritize risks,
- develop and communicate test strategies,
- and continuously develop teams and processes.
Realistic effort estimates, well thought-out infrastructure planning and meaningful reporting are also part of the practice-oriented focus of this training.
