Regional TestBench-Tage provide a compact overview of TestBench and selected key topics.
A number of centrally organized events - from the summer party to the Christmas party - are complemented by joint leisure activities initiated by the employees themselves.

We live transparency through monthly plenary meetings, simple processes and an open door policy. Before our monthly OrNo Plenary Assembly, we cultivate informal exchange and treat ourselves to a sumptuous breakfast together.
Also once a month, technically interesting topics are presented and discussed as part of our TechNo, followed by a joint dinner. The spectrum of TechNo topics is wide: from IT-specific contributions (quantum computers, real-time programming, software reliability and UMTS) to individual project presentations, contract law, marketing or reading balance sheets...
Once a year, all colleagues are invited to a strategy weekend, which we spend together in a hotel. Here strategically relevant topics can be introduced and worked on in order to advance our company even further. Of course, there is also time and opportunity for joint leisure activities.
HOURS OF WORK BASED ON TRUST
Flexible working hours and working time models contribute to the fact that our work can be reconciled well with the current living conditions. The daily commuting, walking and break times are not recorded, but each employee records the times worked on projects on the basis of trust.
Cold and warm drinks are provided free of charge to all imbus employees at their workplace.

These guidelines determine the actions and behavior of our managers.
In dialogue with the employees, imbus developed a mission statement for cooperation with our elected employee representatives which, in addition to the rules of procedure, represents the cornerstones for the activities of the employee representatives.
As a founding member of the "Bündnis für Familie" (Alliance for Family), the company placed great importance on the creation of offers for a better work-life balance at an early stage. In 2002, the company's own children's group „Tausendsassa“ was founded in Möhrendorf. A parent-child office has also recently been set up there to provide emergency care. After the birth of a child, we enable our employees to return to work quickly and easily.
VALUE CREDITS/TIME VALUE ACCOUNTS
imbus employees have the option of building up so-called value credit balances or working time accounts in order to claim payment in an exemption phase at a later date. This means: remuneration components and/or existing time credits (converted into monetary amounts) are saved on individual time value accounts and reduced again at a later point in time (in the form of time).
In a structured process, all superiors discuss past and future developments with their employees in a targeted manner, at least during the annual appraisal interviews. Suitable supportive measures are defined.
Through innovation, ideas for the further development of solution modules, know-how and internal processes and tools are identified, examined for their meaningfulness and feasibility and prioritized on the basis of the results. The strategic knowledge requirements of the company are determined and evaluated annually as part of an innovation process. Together with other innovation projects, the company plans to meet its knowledge requirements through research and development projects, the acquisition of employees with suitable knowledge profiles and strategic training projects.
