Do you have any questions or need support during the usage of imbus TestBench in your project?
The imbus TestBench support team is friendly, fast and competent, and is here to help.

Our technical support team is available from 9 am to 5 pm (CET) on weekdays (except Saturdays).

Our basic e-mail support is available included in your TestBench rental agreement at no extra cost.

We also offer the following additional support levels subject to an additional fee*:

  • Telephone support: Not from an anonymous call centre, but from imbus employees who understand our customers' needs are there to help you find a solution.
  • Individually specified support levels: E.g. weekend support, 24-hour support, foreign-language support etc.

We will be happy to work out with you a support package that is individually tailored to perfectly meet your needs, desires and goals.
