Moehrendorf, February 2012 - Spring is in the air, and the sound of tweeting is getting louder: imbus is starting its social media activities in 2012. We would like to make use of the many options provided by the social web, with the goal of exchanging ideas and information about our specialised subjects with our customers, partners and other interested parties in an even more intensive and positive way.
It’s all starting with a competition on Twitter to accompany the series of events “Trends in Testing”.
And this is what you can win:

How does it work?
In two very easy steps:
1. Follow our Twitter account „imbus AG“.
2. Than please tweet the following text: @imbus_AG I want to take part in the #trinte competition bit.ly/xcifsz
As soon as our Twitter account „imbus AG“ has counted 100 new followers, we will use a true random number generator on random.org to generate a lucky number from the 100 entries. This number indicates the winner from the 100 new followers. The follower list will be counted in order from bottom to top. If this winner has tweeted us our text, then he or she will receive one of the above-mentioned books selected by us.
If not, we will start the generator again. The procedure will be just the same for the followers 101-200, 201-300, 301-400.
From ALL of the followers who register and tweet to our Twitter account „imbus AG“ by 10th March 2012, we will be making another draw in the same way, with the winner being entitled to free participation in the Trends in Testing special event “System Test Non-Stop”, worth EUR 499 (plus VAT), in Möhrendorf/Erlangen on 15th March 2012.
Only one entry is allowed per person and Twitter account.
The winner will be contacted via his or her Twitter account.
Employees of imbus AG and its affiliated companies are not allowed to participate.
The organisers’ decision is final. The prizes will be sent by us to the winners.
The closing date for entries to the prize draw for the Trends in Testing special event “System Test Non-Stop” is 12 o’clock midnight on 10th March 2012.
Entries for the prize draw for the books will be accepted up to the registration of the 400th follower on our Twitter account „imbus AG“.
