Möhrendorf / Düsseldorf, Germany, May 2009 – imbus AG is presenting the extension of the imbus TestBench for model-based testing at the Software & Systems Quality Conference International (SQC) in Düsseldorf. From May 27th to 29th 2009, visitors can get to know the new plug-in of the imbus TestBench at the exhibition stand E4. In addition, the product presentation “Model-based testing – the beneficial deployment of tests created from UML models” made by Dierk Engelhardt, the product Manager for the imbus TestBench, provides an opportunity to go deeper into the subject.
With its interfaces to defect and requirement management systems, the imbus TestBench already provides for seamless integration into processes, thus facilitating a smooth procedure for testing and development. With the model-based testing extension, the imbus TestBench now provides an additional interface that allows it to be connected to modern software development and software quality management processes. For any situation where software development is model based, the extension simplifies the creation of test suites in accordance with defined coverage criteria.
