If you are interested in an offer or if you order a product or a service, we will ask for your personal details such as name, address, postal address, telephone number etc.
Your personal data will only be used within imbus AG and its affiliated companies. We will not pass your data on to third parties without your express permission. Should data be passed onto service providers as part of order data processing, then they are subject to the German Federal Data Protection Act, other legal stipulations and, contractually, to the imbus AG privacy policy. To the extent that we are legally obliged or obliged by court ruling, we will supply your data to persons entitled to receive information. If you have provided us with your personal data, you can request that we delete them at any time. Terminations and deletion do not affect data which are used for invoicing and accounting purposes.

When you access our servers, data which allow possible identification (e.g. IP address, date, time and pages viewed) are stored for security purposes. These data are not put to any personal use. These anonymous data sets can be evaluated for statistical purposes.
Our website contains links to other sites. We have no influence over adherence to the data protection regulations by the operators of these sites.
If you access sites or files from our website and are asked to enter personal data, then these are then transmitted via an unsecured internet connection, and can therefore be acquired or falsified by unauthorised parties.
