For an in-house training course, we come to your company location, and if you have any special requests, then we give you the option of making customer-specific course adaptations to fit your requirements. That provides you with an opportunity to flexibly align the scope and contents of the training course with the requirements of your team or your company.
Our in-house training courses provide the following benefits:
- Cost-effective: Our in-house training courses provide good value for money, particularly if you have a large number of employees requiring training.
- Individual adaptations: As well as the group size, the target group, the structure of the training day, and the time and venue for the event, you are also able to determine the contents of the training course. That means that, if desired, we will adjust the weighting of individual training units to match your requirements, or we can integrate exercises and examples from your project contexts into the contents of the training.
- Availability: Your employees are on site at your location for their professional development training, and that means that they are (in emergencies) available.
- No journey time: You and your staff will, of course, save the time and expense involved in traveling to an external training location.
As an alternative, we provide you with the option of booking a group training course that takes place externally (e.g. at an imbus branch office or in rented facilities).
