The imbus construction kit is a special service of the imbus Academy. Our training program covers a wide variety of subjects, but requirements, pace of learning, and interests often vary greatly from team to team and from company to company. With the various units from the imbus construction kit, the participant groups can put together their own, completely individual training course contents from our program of training courses. We offer this service for in-house and group training courses.
The imbus construction kit provides the following benefits:
- Individuality: With the imbus construction kit, you can combine individual modules or units from the training courses, and give appropriate weighting to the contents on an individual basis.
- Customer specific: It goes without saying that you can also integrate into the training structure any examples, exercises, and training contents that you have from existing company-internal training courses or instruction.
- Independence: You determine the location and timing for the professional development training yourself, as you do not have to pay attention to any externally fixed appointments.
- Familiar atmosphere or new environment: If an in-house training course is set up, the participants can work in a familiar atmosphere. For group training courses, it is also possible to select a different venue for the event.
