Our technical support is available on weekdays (except Saturdays) from 09:00 to 17:00 (CET).
Basic support by e-mail is already included in the TestBench rental contract at no additional cost.
Extended support levels for an additional charge*
Telephone support: No anonymous call center, but dedicated TestBench employees who will handle your concerns with dedication and expertise.
Individually agreed support levels: weekend support, 24-hour support, foreign language support and more.
We will be happy to work with you to develop a support package that is optimally tailored to your individual needs, wishes and objectives.
